What towns do you service? We provide cleaning services for whole London, including South London, East London, North London, West London. Also we go 10 miles outside of London. If you need green home cleaning services please speak to cleaning estimate team member for more informaion. Do you furnish the cleaning supplies? Yes. We furnish everything needed to clean your home free of charge. What should I expect on my first appointment? When you book end of tenancy move in - out cleaning with us we supply all the cleaning products and all other equipment. Do I need to do anything before you arrive? The best way to prepare for your cleaners is to straighten up as much as possible. That way the cleaners can focus their efforts on cleaning up dust and grime, not putting things in their places. “It’s best if people pick up or straighten up their items," like toys and clothes. Will I have the same cleaning person each visit? If you want same cleaners to come and do your cleaning in future just let us know and we will send same cleaner for you. What will it cost to have my home cleaned? The cost will depend on how large your home is and the amount of cleaning required. For end of tenancy cleaning our prices are starting from £95, 1 bedroom £145, 2 bedroom £160, 3 bedroom £195 Do I need to be home the day of cleaning? You don't have to be at the property while we are doing cleaning, all we need is access. We can collect from estate agencies for you if its not far, and we don't charge extra for that. Can I skip or reschedule an appointment? If you can let us know minimum of 24 hours in advance. We'll move your visit to another, more convenient time or if you wish, cancel it all together. How will you enter my home on my scheduled days of cleaning? We leave this up to you, whatever you feel most comfortable with. 1. You may give us a key. 2. You can leave a key under a door mat the day of cleaning. 3. You can give us the code to the garage. 4. You can leave the door unlocked the day of cleaning. What if I am not satisfied with my cleaning? Your complete satisfaction is very important to us. That is why we offer a 72 hour guarantee. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your home cleaning, just simply give us a call within 72 hours of your cleaning and we will return to re-clean the area you are dissatisfied with, at no cost to you. Do you offer house cleaning gift certificates? No, right now we don't offer this service. How and when do I pay for my cleaning services? We don't take upfront payment, you can either bank transfer on the day or pay cleaners cash.
